Staying in shape is tough. With a busy life, it’s hard to get an hour in at the gym every week. Plus, even if you lose some weight, there is still a great chance that it will come back a few days or weeks later. However, you should never just accept the notion that you can no longer stay in shape because there is actually something that you can do about it.
When I heard about the 2-minute “miracle” routine from the Bodyweight Flow System Workout created by Tyler J. Bramlett, I was a bit skeptical. After all, how can 2 minutes accomplish what hours of push-ups and crunches can’t? I decided to give it a try anyway because, after all, what have I got to lose—a couple of minutes of my life and a small amount of money (for what you’re getting). Paying a trainer every week is costly, and my own efforts to keep the weight off don’t seem to be working so I decided to take the plunge and try this out.
What I learned from this program was really interesting and unexpected. The system emphasizes on flexibility, which is not exactly a priority when it comes to losing weight. This book explains that increasing flexibility can have great effects on the body’s ability to burn calories, even more than running for an hour. I never really cared about my flexibility because I focused on losing weight and gaining muscle, but this book really changed my mind about that.
It can really have a positive impact on your weight. The 2-minute routines are amazingly effective, and you can do them anytime you want to. There are even instances when you can easily integrate it to your usual workouts. If you only have a few minutes to spare because of your busy schedule, then the 2-minute routines can help you still do some exercises every day.
I’d definitely recommend Bodyweight Flow. It’s a great investment, because it doesn’t just get you in shape, it also saves you a LOT of time. You can reach your target weight in much less time than it would take to go to the gym and get on a treadmill for an hour.
What’s really great about this system is that you no longer have to schedule hours of your free time to exercise. If you’re working at home, you just have to get up and do the 2-minute routines. It’s really energizing and doesn’t require a lot of focus, so you will never feel extremely tired afterwards, thereby letting you return to your work easily. It is highly recommended for the busy people out there who want to stay in shape.
